4. Booking and Payment
Any booking made on this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.
5. Arrival and Guest Capacity
- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM onwards.
- Maximum capacity: 4 guests.
6. House Rules
- Pets are welcome.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Commercial photography and filming (photo shoots, video shoots) are permitted, subject to prior agreement with the owners.
7. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Full refund (100%) for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (3:00 PM).
- After this period, the stay is fully refunded except for the first night, which remains non-refundable.
8. Security Deposit (Direct Bookings)
Bookings made through platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to those platforms' specific guarantees.
However, for any reservation made directly on this website, these automatic guarantees do not apply. Consequently, a security deposit may be requested upon your arrival to cover any potential damage to the property or its furnishings during your stay. The amount and terms of this deposit will be communicated to you prior to arrival. It will be fully refunded after the check-out inspection, minus any costs for documented damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
